The Shattered Dreams program took place on March 11–12 for our high school students. This program provided a powerful and eye-opening scenario that helped students see the real-life consequences of drinking and driving. It was a meaningful experience that encouraged students to think about the importance of making safe and responsible decisions.

We are very thankful to the Sterling City Sheriff’s Office for organizing and presenting this program for our students. Their time and effort helped make this impactful learning experience possible.

We are proud of these three seniors for finishing their CNA clinical hours.

This experience gave them the opportunity to work in a real healthcare setting and learn valuable skills about responsibility, professionalism, and caring for others. Completing their clinical hours is an important step, and they worked hard to get there.

This is designed to educate students on the real-life consequences of impaired and distracted driving. The event will include a staged vehicle crash, with student participants portraying injuries and being transported by EMS and Med Flight as part of the demonstration. *Please note that there will be a heavy law enforcement and EMS presence before and during the program. There is no cause for alarm—all activity is planned and part of the program.
